Research into the Isolation: Cover-19 Arts Project has lead me to work on a short film. The idea sprang from the works of Kafka, in particular his story The Metamorphosis, about alienation and rejection and ultimately isolation. This led to looking into work of the German Expressionist Film style of the early 1920's with The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari being a prominent story of alienation, as well as Fritz Lang's Metropolis.
