I am currently working in black & white medium as I find it is focusing my attention on composition and form more so than when working with colour. It also has me more concentrated on the light and how it shapes the form as it is more important when there are on colours to distract. I'm getting back to seeing in B/W again when out and about which is a delight, but it does mean I sometimes don't get to take in the full natural world around me as it becomes monochrome.
